Our in-house membership plan is a savings program and is not dental insurance. It is exclusively available to patients without dental insurance coverage, providing an affordable option for accessing quality dental care 3y enrolling, you agree to make monthly subscription payments for a minimum commitment of 12 months. If the membership is canceled before the 12-month period is complete, any discounts received will be reversed, and the difference will be billed ar our standard fees.
The 20% membership discount does not apply to:
- Clear aligner orthodontic treatment
- Botox/Xeomin services
- Retail products such as (but not limited to): electric toothbrushes, water flossers, toothpaste, and take-home whitening kits.
